A student-led initiative built on the belief that everyone deserves access to the essentials — and that community can provide them.
Help Hive was founded by a high school student who noticed something frustrating: there were people in the community who genuinely wanted to help — but no easy, clear way to channel that generosity toward the people who needed it most.
On the other side, local shelters, food pantries, and schools were stretched thin, constantly lacking basic items that students and families could easily donate — if only they knew where to go.
Help Hive was created to close that gap. We identify real needs, organize drives, mobilize volunteers, and make sure every donation reaches the right person through a trusted partner organization.
"You don't have to wait to be older to make a difference. You just have to care enough to start."
Everything Help Hive does is guided by these principles.
Every decision is made with the community's best interest in mind. We listen to the people we serve and let their needs drive our work.
We publish impact reports after every drive. Donors and the community deserve to know exactly where every item and dollar goes.
Help Hive is run by students. We believe young people have the energy, creativity, and compassion to lead meaningful change.
We work with established organizations so resources reach people through trusted, experienced hands — never reinventing the wheel.
We don't wait for perfect conditions. When there's a need, we mobilize quickly and figure things out along the way.
Help Hive was started by [Founder Name], a high school student passionate about community service and youth leadership. The idea came from a simple observation: a lot of generosity was going nowhere, while real needs in the community went unmet.
"I started with one drive at my school. When I saw how much of a difference it made, I knew this could be bigger."
Since founding Help Hive, [Founder Name] has recruited a team of student volunteers, built relationships with local organizations, and helped organize more than two dozen drives. The goal is to keep growing — more schools, more drives, more impact.
Help Hive is run by a dedicated group of student volunteers who each lead a specific area of the organization.
